These terms explain how bookings, estimates, payments, warranty, cancellations, customer responsibilities, and website use work for NightcoreX.

NightcoreX provides owner-operated handyman services in Fresno, California and surrounding areas. Services may be performed by Serhii Kabanikov and, when needed, a helper or assistant.
Services may include TV mounting, furniture assembly, wall mounting, shelves, minor repairs, light fixtures, ceiling fans, smart-home setup, and general handyman tasks. NightcoreX may decline work that is unsafe, outside our skill/scope, requires a license/permit beyond the offered service, violates law, or cannot be completed safely.
Online prices, starting prices, ranges, and estimates are not final quotes unless confirmed directly by NightcoreX. Final pricing may depend on job complexity, wall type, materials, access, travel, product condition, hidden conditions, or customer changes.
If the scope changes after arrival or during the job, NightcoreX may revise the price before continuing work.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that customer-provided products, mounts, parts, furniture, fixtures, and materials are complete, compatible, safe, and not defective. NightcoreX is not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing hardware, incorrect parts, weak product design, or product failure outside workmanship.
NightcoreX may accept cash, Zelle, card, and check. Payment is generally due when the job is completed unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. Returned checks, failed payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may result in collection efforts and additional costs where allowed by law.
Refunds are not automatic. Refunds, partial refunds, discounts, or courtesy adjustments may be evaluated case-by-case at NightcoreX’s discretion. Once a customer reviews the work and the job is completed, refunds are generally not provided unless NightcoreX verifies a workmanship issue covered by the warranty.
NightcoreX offers a 30-day workmanship warranty on completed work. If a verified issue was caused by our workmanship, NightcoreX may return to inspect and, when appropriate, correct the issue at no additional labor charge.
This warranty does not cover customer misuse, accidental damage, product defects, missing/defective hardware, building movement, weak surfaces, hidden wall conditions, water damage, electrical/plumbing issues not caused by NightcoreX, third-party changes, customer tampering, normal wear, or work outside the original approved scope.
Please contact NightcoreX as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, unsafe conditions, or unavailable access may result in refusal of future service or a cancellation/travel fee when communicated in advance.
NightcoreX may ask permission to take before/after photos for quality records, portfolio, or marketing. We will avoid showing personal information when possible. Customer reviews submitted through the website or third-party platforms may be displayed publicly after review or approval.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NightcoreX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. NightcoreX is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, unsafe structures, manufacturer defects, customer-supplied products, or issues caused by third parties or customer actions.
NightcoreX does not claim to be a licensed contractor or insured provider unless stated in writing by NightcoreX. Some projects may require licensed professionals, permits, HOA approval, landlord approval, or specialized trades. NightcoreX may decline or stop work if a job appears to require licensing or permitting outside the offered service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting NightcoreX directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
